Pashion Footwear: Convertible Heels Review
Convertible heels was not something I had ever heard of before coming across Pashion Footwear on TikTok. As a girly who goes from school to the office and LOVES a good high heel moment, I found these incredibly intriguing. The idea that I could have both a flat and a high heel in one shoe? Revolutionary. My first pair was “The Adrianna” in Coal with the 4″ block heel kit. I found them to be very comfortable and easy to use. In this order, I also purchased “The Sandal” in Sand which actually came slightly malfunctioning. However, the exchange process and customer service I’ve received has been exemplary. My second purchase was “The Jocelyn” in coal which is a closed round toe option. I knew I needed a closed toe option for the winter, and these are perfect!
So, what do I mean convertible heels? Well, they are just that. Using patented technology, Pashion has created a shoe that can be both a high heel and a flat. And with heels that can be removed, that also means interchangeable heel kits! So each pair of shoes is essentially multiple shoes in one, which I find fascinating and cool. Next on my list to try out is some of the many different heel kits they have available, so I can mix and match.
So what comes with my convertible heels?
When you get your package in the mail, each shoe comes with the main body, a stello (the arch support used when the shoe is a high heel), flat caps (for when your shoe is a flat) and your heel kit in a separate box with a cute bag to carry either the heel kit or the flat caps in depending on how you are wearing your shoe at the time. The packaging is sleek and professional looking and well organized.
One of my biggest worries with buying shoes online (without the ability to try them on) was if I would be able to return them if they didn’t work, but they have a generous return policy that makes it super simple if needed. I am grateful I haven’t needed to use it, but was sure to research it before purchasing.
Overall, I’ve been very pleased both with my purchases and with the customer service I’ve received from the company and will continue to enjoy my new love of convertible high heels!
